OnlinePhotographyCourse provides access to digital courses, video lessons, assignments, and downloadable learning materials. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Access is provided online through your account immediately after purchase or activation.
We aim to make every learner satisfied with the learning experience. If the course or plan you purchased does not match the description or is inaccessible due to a platform error, you may be eligible for a refund after a review. Because the content is digital and accessible immediately, refunds are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis and may require reasonable proof of the issue.

If you encounter a technical issue, we may temporarily pause access to investigate and deliver a fix or offer alternative learning materials. In many cases, timely remediation resolves the problem without requiring a refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.
Many of our plans include lifetime access and future lesson additions. Please review the plan description at checkout. If your plan includes lifetime access, you will retain access to the included content and future lessons for that plan, subject to these terms and platform availability.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests and/or revoke access in cases of abuse, copying, redistribution, unauthorized account sharing, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in the Service or applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated within the platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
