Once you:

  • Start lessons
  • Download materials

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • No significant portion of the course has been accessed (typically less than 20–30%)
  • There are technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • You downloaded course materials (videos, PDFs, resources)

  • The request is made after the 14-day period

Most online learning platforms follow similar restrictions once content is accessed

 

5. Subscription & Plan-Based Access

If your plan includes:

One-Time Course Purchase
  • Refunds follow the rules above
  • No partial refunds once access is significantly used
Subscription-Based Plans (if applicable)
  • You may cancel anytime
  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle
  • No refunds for unused time

 

6. Partial Refunds (Discretionary)

In limited cases, we may offer:

  • Partial refunds if minimal course usage is detected
  • Credit toward another course or plan

Before initiating a chargeback:

Filing fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
